What days do you provide in-store pick up?
We are currently doing In Store Pick ups  Monday to Saturdays. Excluding Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

How soon will my order be ready for pick up?
We require a minimal of 1.5 hour window after you place your order.

What is your cut off time for Pick Up orders?
Orders require a 90 minute lead-time to be processed starting after 9am. For example, an online order submitted before 9am, will be ready for pickup by 10:30am.

Our store closes promptly at 6:00pm Monday - Friday and 5:30pm on Saturday so we ask that Last pickup orders for the day be placed two (2) hours before closing time to ensure that the order is filled and ready for pick up before we close. 

Examples:
Orders placed Monday - Friday after 4:30pm will be ready for pick up the following business morning after 10:00 am. 
Orders placed on Saturday after 4:00pm will be ready for pick up the following Monday morning after 10:00 am.

Note: the order lead time of 90 minutes is an estimate and we will do our best to meet this lead time for filling your order, however during high volume days when our store is very busy it may take a bit longer. Our notification system will always let you know when your order is being processed and when it is filled and ready for pickup.

What if all sudden I’m not able to pick up my order before you close?
We ask that you call us immediately at 250-763-3131 to inform us. Your order will be put away and available to be pick up the following morning after 9am.

Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order, however, restocking fee my be applied if the order has already been processed.

Who picks my produce?
Your produce is picked by our staff of produce specialists. They are regularly trained in a hands-on produce to ensure the highest quality selection.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, the minimum order amount for all orders is $15 before taxes, discounts and coupons.

Why is price of my order an estimate?
The prices quoted at the time of your online order are estimated prices only. The actual order value cannot be determined until the order is completed because of variations in produce that is sold by weight. Also, in the event an item you are ordering my be sold out.

Can I make special requests with my order?

Yes, after you add items to the shopping cart, you can leave the message in the field under "Special instructions for seller" in the shopping cart. We will do our best to meet all special instructions, but cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled.

Will I be notified that my order ready for pick?

Yes. After you submit your online order, you will receive an automated text AND email notification with confirmation details. These are automated messages so please do not reply to the email or text.
